Hey, Adam! Fred Rogers used to say, look for the helpers. You are one of those helpers, putting yourself out there, navigating the mess and trying to highlight the truth for those who care for it. If some people (or YouTube algorithms) don't think they're worthy of the truth enough to put their money on it, their loss.

You are a voice without vitriol, without hate, without harsh judgement and spite. ONE OF A VERY FEW these days, so stand strong as I know you will. Most of us are just sick to death of the nastiness and cruelty, so as more hear you, more will join. And that is the hope you bring us. Fight, fight, fight. The screen is mightier than the sword.

Sadly, I’ve seen young women wearing so much makeup they look COMPLETELY different from what they look like naturally.
The best thing is to eat right, exercise, and use whatever other health protocols work for you (bentonite face masks can astonishingly change the skin; ditto saunas). Then you’ll only need a bit of makeup, if any, and you’ll look really good.
